We are very aware that lawyers are busy people who rarely have the time to dedicate to a search for a new position. At ASA Law we do two things: we facilitate the whole process to the extent that we see each jobseeker as an individual project with timelines and results to be driven for, as well as giving the client the best focus and most structured service that we can.

For us the key word is Project.

Every time we are instructed with a new position, we guarantee our clients to undertake the most thorough search possible in order to find the best match. Once found, we will present jobseekers in a clear and truthful way, and then see the whole process through to inevitable conclusion. We will advise, steer when necessary, and project manage the whole process to whatever degree assistance is required.

Every time a jobseeker instructs us, whether it is for a position in Private Practice or for a position in-house, we are very clear about how the process will go so that it meets your full approval. We offer excellent advice gained from over 30 years experience in the legal recruitment market, and are able to really talk turkey. We believe in honesty, and will sometimes give advice that you may not like; however we are not in the business of wasting anyone’s time, and as your time is precious, we believe this is one of our real selling points.
